The brief

Coastal installs impact windows and doors for Florida homeowners with real equity in their homes. The old identity said "capable local contractor". It did not say "premium", and it did not earn trust before the first estimate.

The brief: a rebrand built to raise trust before the first estimate, then a website that turns that trust into booked appointments. Calm confidence, not fear.

The work

  1. 01

From contractor to coastal protection brand

The warning-led hurricane swirl and dated tan-and-navy utility tone were replaced by a shield, a wave and a lit home: protection with calm. Navy, sea glass and sand; a Didot wordmark elegant enough for a premium home-services brand.

  2. 02

A mark that holds the whole story

Shield for structure and confidence. Wave for the coast. Window and door so the category is clear at first glance. One fixed master mark; no redraws, no reinterpretation.

  3. 03

    Request, measure, install, relax

One story in six calm steps, told in photography that feels like a journey through a premium coastal home. Warm light, a professional crew, and the storm always on the other side of the glass.

  4. 04

A calm, confident digital front door

A fast static site built around one primary call to action, a before-and-after storm test, the scroll-driven journey and service-area pages. Readable at every size, no tiny claims.

    The brand, worn well

Uniforms, the estimate folder, the mug on the counter after the storm. Small objects that make Coastal feel premium in the home and in the conversation, not just on the screen.

    The work itself

Real installs, photographed for the site and the feed: impact doors and windows in finished South Florida homes, shot clean and bright so the product does the reassuring.

    A mobile trust signal

The van is the brand's most public proof point. Large badge for distance legibility, the slogan placed as a calm promise: "Built for the coast. Ready for the storm."

How AI helped

AI generated the cinematic scene imagery and let us test dozens of mark and palette directions before committing. People made every final call and hand-built the site, and the install photos are the real thing.

The result

A complete identity system, photography direction, vehicle wrap, print and digital applications, and a live website with a lead pipeline into the sales CRM.

Lead and booking numbers will be published here once Coastal approves them.
